Origins:

Leo was bred as a part of a pioneer research project regarding the Ballator breed's unique pigment-producing cells among mammals. He was born to a normal-colored mare in the original stables in Ireland, and later moved to Dubai along with the rest of ballators after the slaughter some of them caused. He's lived in the palace ever since.

A born casanova, we can now assure young Leo's show-off tendencies will not go away with maturity- he was the constant center of attention in the mare pasture thanks to his beautiful glimmering colours, and that left its mark on the horse's ego. The stallion seems to be aware of how prized and exotic his looks are, and will flaunt them around like it's no one's bussiness. He absolutely adores human attention and company, and might go to great lengths just to chill around you or sniff your face. 

Trivia:

» Very close to his twin Picasso.
» Will try to stop and eat on every ride. Well if he can find anything edible out in the dunes, it is.
» Sticks his tongue out when being ridden. RIP Majesty.
» Needles, thermometers and everything related to vets give him quite the hard time.
» Not surprisingly, other stallions aren't specially keen on him and his playfulness.
» If you enter his pasture, you can count on him prancing behind you.
» Ironically, seems to love fish flakes as a treat. Good grief they're not harmful.
